RETURN POLICY

  • The product can be returned within 7 days without any reason. The returned product needs to be returned within 7 days. Please be sure to keep the sponge bubbles and other fillers and the full package. No odor, no traces of use or cleaning, no stains or breakage, must not affect the second sale.

  • 360 days free replacement service. Arrosé will replace it for free if it is worn or broken due to normal use within 360 days of purchase.

  • The returned products must be non-customized products.

  • If the returned products are not caused by quality problems, the buyer shall bear the corresponding freight of the returned products.

  • If there is packaging or product damage, the cost shall be borne by the buyer.

REFUND POLICY

  • Upon receipt and confirmation of acceptance of your return, your refund will be refunded to you in the form of original payment. You can check it in my Order.

  • If appropriate, you may also choose to receive a refund in the form of a voucher. The voucher is automatically used to reduce the amount of your order on your next purchase.

  • Please note that depending on the bank/platform, the refund may take up to 14 business days to complete. The refund will not include the shipping you paid at the time of ordering.

DEFECTIVE

  • We do our best to deliver each item in good condition and hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is defective or completely inconsistent with the official description, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will arrange the return and give a full refund for the defective products.

  • All products are taken in kind. Due to the difference in light and personal display resolution, there will be different degrees of color difference. The specific color shall be subject to the kind received by the buyer

  • Since the products in the store contain a large number of hand-made parts, there may be small bubbles, spots or slight wear marks. The above is a normal process of hand-made products and is not a defect of the products.

  • Please carefully check the tableware specifications on the page. Due to manual measurement, there is an error within 1-3cm.
